Privacy.
We are a creative studio, not a data business. This page says plainly what we collect, what we don't, and what our Pinterest tool does. If anything here is unclear, write to us and we'll answer in plain language.
01Who we are
Ninety-Eight Entertainment, a creative and production studio in New Delhi, operating ninety-eight.in. For anything on this page — including a request to see or delete data we hold about you — write to harsh@ninety-eight.in.
02What the website collects
ninety-eight.in is a static portfolio site. There are no accounts, no login, no cart and no comments. We do not run analytics on it, we set no advertising or tracking cookies, and we build no profiles of visitors.
Our web host keeps ordinary server logs — IP address, timestamp, page requested, browser type. That is a byproduct of serving you a page rather than something we gather deliberately, and we do not use it to identify anyone.
If you email us, we keep the email. For most visitors that is the only personal data we ever hold.
03Our Pinterest integration
We use the Pinterest API for one narrow purpose: a build-time script that reads our own Pinterest boards, downloads the images we have saved to them, and publishes them as moodboards on this site.
- It is read-only. It never posts, schedules, comments, follows, or runs ads.
- It touches only our own account. It does not request access to anyone else's boards, pins or profile.
- It has no end users. Nobody signs in through us, so we never hold another person's Pinterest credentials or tokens.
- It runs by hand, on one machine, when we update the site. It is not a live service, and nothing Pinterest-owned executes on these pages.
Images gathered this way remain the work of the photographers who made them. We publish them as clearly labelled reference, never as our own work, and we keep a record of where each one came from.
04What we never do
- We do not sell, rent or trade personal data. Not to anyone, ever.
- We do not use your data to train models.
- We do not send marketing email to people who did not ask for it.
- We do not track you across other websites.
05Third parties
A small number of services necessarily see something for the site to work at all:
- Our web host — serves the pages and keeps the server logs described above.
- Google Fonts — typefaces load from Google's servers, so your browser makes a request to them and they see your IP address.
- Pinterest — as in section 03, and only in the direction of us reading our own boards.
There are no other trackers, tag managers or advertising partners.
06How long we keep things
Email we keep for as long as the working relationship and our record-keeping obligations require, then delete. Server logs rotate out automatically at the host after a short period. We hold no database of visitors, so there is nothing else to retain.
07Your rights
You can ask what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to harsh@ninety-eight.in and we will respond within 30 days. No particular form of words is needed, and we will not ask you why.
08Children
This is a business portfolio site. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
09Changes
If any of this changes, we change this page and update the date at the top. We will not quietly broaden what we collect and leave the page as it was.
